This is Gloaming. The first single to come from our new album 'The view from here is beautiful, but the air is so thin'

The album is coming later this year.

For now, enjoy.

Writhe through iron thorns
Knee deep in the murky, brackish seep
Lips wet with venom and new flesh
To slake the need
Exploratory surgery
For amateur anaesthetists

Trace from clavicle to nape
With eyes that flit like fever dreams
Led at mechanical behest
To push the nails deep

As I unwind like twisted limbs
In that familiar serene
Eyes wide at the scope of it
Tongue slick with the thought
Some hope in alchemy
That salt exposed to vitriol turns gold
I wait for subtle changes
Metamorphoses and broken moulds

I'll drive that old coast road
Down past the pier en route to home
I'll pass the dimming pyre
And breathe deep that witch who does so stir the soul

Down to the bottom of your chest
And as your feet lose purchase

And feel the seems split open
Lift the lids, let the light in

This is a gift
Now let it grow or crush you
